Herring Run Watershed Center

The HRWC will be the home of the Herring Run Watershed Association, located in the Belair-Edison neighborhood of Baltimore at 3545 Belair Rd., on the corner of Pelham Ave. and Belair Rd.

As well as housing our offices, it will have a vibrant education center providing a variety of programs for the community. The building will be a model of green design, having achieved at least a silver rating in LEED certification. Our factsheet describes the organizational benefits to the community from the building. It will shine as a model of green rehabilitation for homeowners and builders in the area. Check out the features of the building that make it green.
