Call 311 or use http://www.baltimorecity.gov/, then click on 311 Services button

• When reporting a Sewer Overflow,

• Remember to send your Service Request number to HRWA

• Give them detailed directions and location

• If you can, meet them in the field to show them or have HRWA meet them

• Also report the overflow to HRWA and Maryland Department of the Environment.

• Report Water Main Breaks through 311

• To report Street Tree problems (pruning, removal or stump removal) call 311 or fill out the electronic form

• To Report Illegal Dumping, call 410-396-4717
